A wonderful surprise arrived today courtesy of Kate who runs Jardin Des Savons. She sent me the most amazing selection of natural artisan soaps.
Her soaps are made
using organic olive and coconut oils and unrefined cocoa and shea
butters from a Ghanian women's co operative. They smell wonderful and I
think Father Christmas might be putting the beautiful shaving pack into
my lovely man's stocking as he is just deciding what to do with his
beard after 'Movember' and I might share some others, but to be honest I
want them all to myself!
Kate
is using my Partridge in a Pear Tree tree designs on her Christmas packs at
craft fairs in Truro, Cornwall, U.K. this Christmas. Don't you love the
internet, it reaches out all over the world and yet Kate, almost just
down the road from me, found me via this blog.
Thank you very much Kate and have a wonderful Christmas.

December at Home
On those lovely cold crisp winter mornings this is one of my views as I walk with my smallest to school. Christmas is getting nearer, I been treated to a nativity play, letters to Father Christmas and started making mince pies.
At the weekend I asked my lovely man to find a beautiful spray of branches thinking festive entertainment for my two boys both stuck at home with heavy colds....I got a big tree shaped stick......the boys went bonkers with the decorations and we have this!
Well it makes everyone smile which can only be good!
