It's not snowing here!

Unlike the rest of the country it's not snowing here. We have had too much heavy rain and it's cold but spring is just about springing. So we have been out in the sodden garden in wellies and gloves building some structures.

I just about managed a willow bower that will hopefully root and create a shady place to sip a gin and tonic on a warm summer evening (I feel I am being rather optimistic!), although I think it will also be a great den for the smallest of my tribe.........and Ed has built some impressive post and wire supports ready to espalier pear and fruit trees down the side of the front garden which is a bit of a sun trap.
